Initial 30-minute consultations requested through this Site are free of charge and confirmed by Xaren via email. If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by emailing XarenAdvisingFirm@gmail.com or calling 227-282-1208.
For paid engagements (e.g. business launch packages, bookkeeping, tax readiness support, website/app projects), refund eligibility depends on the stage of work:
Filing fees paid to a state or federal agency (such as formation fees) are separate from Xaren's service fee and are never refundable by Xaren, as we do not control or retain these fees.
Website and app development engagements are milestone-based. Refunds for work already completed at a given milestone are not available; deposits for milestones not yet started may be refunded per your project agreement. Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (domains, hosting, etc.) are non-refundable.
For recurring services like bookkeeping or website maintenance, you may cancel future billing periods at any time; charges for periods already worked are non-refundable.
To request a refund, email XarenAdvisingFirm@gmail.com with your name and engagement details. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
