For general advisory consultations, yes — meetings are conducted via Zoom, so we can work with clients in other states. Our Maryland Resident Agent Service, however, is limited to eligible Maryland businesses only.
No. Xaren's service fees cover our preparation and filing assistance; government and state filing fees are billed separately, at cost.

Yes — Federal EIN Application Assistance is one of our core services. The EIN itself is issued free by the IRS; our fee covers assistance with the application process.
Not currently. Xaren does not hold a PTIN or Maryland individual tax-preparer registration, so we don't prepare, file, or sign tax returns, or make tax determinations. We can help organize bookkeeping records and prepare general questions for a credentialed CPA, Enrolled Agent, or registered tax preparer, but we do not prepare, file, sign, or make determinations on tax returns.
